Facility:
This is a free-standing orthopedic urgent care location separate from the main campus, featuring three exam rooms, a cast room, and a state-of-the-art Radiology Suite. The facility provides a dynamic independent practice model with onsite radiology tech and athletic trainer support.

Physician & Clinician - NP/PA

Job Details:
• Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills to provide comprehensive care • Works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provides health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention • Very independent practice model with MD oversight from orthopedics • Focus on initial workup and medical care only - all follow-up care done by referral • No direct follow-up care responsibilities • Location Hours: Monday-Friday 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. • Casual hours schedule • Requires high level of customer service skills to establish positive relationships • NP Qualification: Master's degree in nursing • PA Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a health/science-related field • Preferred background in Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine and/or Urgent Care • May be eligible for additional compensation in form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance • 401(k) plan with employer contributions • Professional development through training, tuition reimbursement, and educational programs • Flexible scheduling, generous time off, and wellness resources
