Opportunity:
Physician & Clinician - NP/PA

Job Details:
• Join a busy, established, complex surgery team consisting of 5 Advanced Practitioners and 7 Physicians • Support the General Surgeons with their clinic needs • Provide continuity of care to patients receiving care from the General Surgeons • Provide pre-op and post-op patient education • Coordinate diagnostic studies, consultations, procedures, and communications • Manage post-op care of patients • Support entire General Surgery physician team • 0.8 FTE clinic schedule • NO call expectation • NO weekends or holidays • Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision making skills • Work independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provide health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention • May be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation • NPs require current RN licensure, NP licensure in appropriate state, CPR certification, and national certification • PAs require current PA licensure in appropriate state, CPR certification, and national certification • Successful completion of credentialing process prior to practice

Compensation:
